Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, travel dates, group size, destinations, preferences, optional budget and your message.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled through WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

We use your information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a personalised proposal and quotation, and organise the services you decide to confirm. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

How it is processed

Enquiries sent through the website are transmitted securely to our business email using an email delivery provider acting on our behalf. If your trip involves local service providers (for example a guide, a camp or an activity), we only share the details they need to deliver that service, once you have confirmed it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if you travel with us, to manage your trip and meet our legal obligations. You may ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under Moroccan Law 09-08 and, for visitors from the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use. To exercise these rights, write to contact@abdelstravelservices.com.
